___________________ Member: Kim Miller Tues., 2/2 was the lighting of the bridge for "Go Red Month for Women" (February) with AHA, food, friends, raffles & fireworks. All the amazing women of our group missed a really great time. Maybe next year our group could participate. God bless, Kim Go Red Month celebrated at River Station in Po'k for the lighting of the bridge Finished up a fund-raising event in Poughkeepsie two weeks ago with the radio station for Haiti. You can actually watch it in entirety on webcam on hudsonvalleyforhaiti.com . It was a great night, five hours long, six bands & seven comedians who all donated their time for this. Even the "Voices of Glory" were there. It was their last appearance in this area, they go on tour now. Isn't that great! Such nice kids. The little girl will be a big star someday. ___________________ Member: Maryellen Whittington-Couse Coaching Hudson Valley received "BlueStone Kudos"The Blue Stone Press reports that...Coaching Hudson Valley had its debut event in Rosendale on Feb. 28. The event was met with lots of enthusiastic community members eager to learn about the services these unique coaches and consultants offer to help people create more satisfying and fulfilling lives. Doug Motel gave a funny and insightful talk on how Google rewards businesses with search engine traffic. Nicole Carroll spoke on the importance of attitude and the need to balance optimism with practical strategies. Maryellen Whittington-Couse gave a humorous performance demonstrating the power of Time Transformation.
