Pattie Simone of Write-Communications.com, Marketing-Advantage.net and WomenCentric.net is doing video reporting for mass media and companies. In early June, Pattie did her first video interview for Entrepreneur Media with Tony Hsieh, the CEO of Zappos.com, which was recently acquired by Amazon for a cool billion dollars! She has since covered TWTRCON and MRCC Networking Events, and has begun work on an independently produced film on women entrepreneurs. Check out her YouTube Channel, as Pattie will be uploading new VideoBizTips every week, as well as events she has covered. Give her a shout about her company commercial & YouTube packages - MHWN members can get 20% off her Intro Video Promo Package of $395
(add only $25-75 to cover travel & onsite shoot fees for Hudson Valley projects outside of Rockland County. Fee includes posting on your active YouTube channel.)
Another exciting happening - Pattie was interviewed by MSNBC and Twooting, The Podcast where Twitter Means Business at TWTRCON.

Sandra M. Moore, M.A., former college admissions director and founder and principal of Next Step College Counseling, will be leading a three-part workshop series for rising high school seniors,
"How to Write a Winning College Essay," on three consecutive evenings: August 5, 12 and 19 at Poughkeepsie Day School. The series provides an individualized, hands-on learning opportunity that will enable kids to tackle this critical task EARLY and, as a result, to feel less pressured in the fall. If you know of a family who might be interested in registering their student, please let Sandra know, and she will be happy to contact them directly. For more information: www.nextstepcollegecounseling.com/news.html.
I just launched the Facebook page for my Next Step College Counseling practice. It will be where I post photos and other tidbits that both my current and prospective clients may find useful (in addition to the info on my website).
If you are members of Facebook, I'd love for you to click on the Facebook logo below, which will take you to the page. Then, please click on the "like" symbol at the top of the page (which has replaced the "become a fan" button). And, of course, please feel free to give me feedback on it and suggest things that you think might be fun/interesting to post on it.
Thanks!
