Kim Miller is a heart attack survivor.. She just celebrated her five years of new life.

"A little more than five years ago, I stead-fastly remained at the bedside of my grandmother, Victoria Ward, who suffered four heart attacks in five months before passing away at 94 years of age. Having embarked on a new career in sales at Love/Effron Fuel Oil Co., a day after my beloved "Babci" (Polish for grandmother) was buried, stress had enveloped me.. I was at the time 45 years of age and a single mother. Within three months following Babci's death, I suffered from a variety of conditions, that in retrospect, were precursors to my heart attack: headaches and upper stomach pains, pain in the jaw, tingling in my hands, ringing in my ears and blurred vision, swelling of my right leg, not sleeping properly, and other s. I attributed each of these symptoms to preexisting conditions, such as a sinus problem, past surgeries or even the emotional stress of losing Babci.

I was not too concerned because I am not obese, in good health (so I thought), no cholesterol problems and very active. There was nothing in my background to suggest that I was leading up to a heart attack. Besides, all these symptoms were sporadic.

All my symptoms coalesced one night in December 2003. "

Hear more at the meeting.... You won't want to miss this! Bring your HEART with you and learn how to REALLY take care of it!
