PROGRAM INFORMATION FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY DINNER ON JUNE 17TH

Lisa Martinez from Suspended In Time has so graciously offered to put a program together for the members.   We are so fortunate to have her expertise as she is a graphic designer.  She will need ads to be camera ready if possible.

These are the page options that will work in the layout

full page layout 7 7/8 h x 4 3/4 w (any page inside book, inside cover, inside back cover, outside back cover)
1/2 page horizontal 3 15/16 h x 4 3/4 w
1/2 page vertical 4 3/4 w x 3 15/17 h
1/4 page vertical 2 1/2 w x 3 15/16 h (only vertical works)

Specs for advertisers:
-choose a measurement from above (if full size, choose location in book)
-submit a camera-ready layout (a PDF of the finished ad in the chosen size, black and white, 300 dpi)
             -or-
-submit a business card, choose size and we design for you based on the card.

As members get their ads together, they can either e-mail them to Lisa at suspendedintime@live.com or bring them to the meetings.  If they e-mail them, can they use the pay pal so that we can get the money before the ad is put to print? They should be able to go to the website, pay for the ad, and then e-mail Lisa with the receipt number and the ad copy. 

The prices are as follows:

1/4 Page Program Ad = $25
1/2 Page Program Ad = $50
Full Program Ad = $100
Back Cover Program Ad= $150
